Creatype analyses publicly accessible content and signals to produce group portraits. The result never lists the names of the people behind a Creatype.

Read the privacy policyPermanently deleting the account
- 1 Open Settings from the profile menu.
- 2 Choose Delete account.
- 3 Read the warning and type the email address requested.
- 4 Confirm permanent deletion.
This erases the account and what it holds: analyses, questions, ideas, saved accounts and Communities. It cannot be undone.
Trials without an account
A trial started without signing up is still an account, but an account without an identity. Without a sign-up and without activity for a year, it is deleted along with what it holds.
Signing up from that trial is enough to keep it: the email address lands on the existing account.
