Are Communities reserved for paid plans?
No. They are open to every plan, and even to a visitor without an account, who can create a folder in the sidebar.
Why does the summary become out of date?
When an analysis is added or removed, the consolidated profile no longer matches the selection. Running consolidation again refreshes it.
