Terms of Service

The Service evolves; some features may be rolled out gradually.

You must be at least 15 years old and have the capacity to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity carried out from your account is attributable to you.

The Publishing product lets you authorize Creatype to publish, schedule and upload content to your social media accounts through official mechanisms (OAuth). You give us a mandate to perform these actions according to your instructions.

You remain solely responsible for the content you publish and undertake to comply with the terms of use and rules of each platform (in particular TikTok, YouTube/Google and, where applicable, Meta). You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to the content (images, music, trademarks, personal rights). You may withdraw your authorization at any time.

Access to the Service is offered through plans defined by concrete usage limits: for example a number of searches and an analysis depth (Research product), a number of publishable videos and connected accounts (Publishing product), as well as other usage parameters. Plans and their limits are shown in your workspace and on the Pricing page, and are paid via Stripe. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise (right of withdrawal for consumers) or stated otherwise, amounts paid are non-refundable.

Prices are shown inclusive of tax where VAT applies.

Activating a plan, including the free plan, requires registering a valid payment card with our payment provider Stripe. That card is not charged when you activate the free plan: it exists to limit the creation of accounts whose only purpose is to consume free analyses, each of which is a real cost we bear.

You agree not to use the Service to:

The Service, its brand, code and own content are protected and remain our property or that of our licensors. The content you entrust to us remains yours; you grant us only the limited license necessary to carry out the operations you request (storage, format adaptation, publishing).

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which we invite you to read.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We cannot be held liable for unavailability, changes or decisions of third-party platforms (API suspension, refusal to publish, etc.). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid during the last twelve months.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms or abuse.

We may modify these Terms. In case of a substantial change, you will be informed. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
